Downtown Photo Walk & Union Station Tour - May 11th | 10am - 1PM

Explore the city and practice your photography on May 11th during the Downtown Gary Photo Walk!
We will walk around downtown Gary to photograph the historic buildings and some of the many street art murals in the downtown area. The tour will end at the Union Station where participants will be able to enter the building and lean more about the restoration.

TOUR PARTICIPANT LIABILITY WAIVER

I (Participant), hereby agree to participate in the Downtown Photo Walk and Union Station Tour organized by Decay Devils (hereinafter referred to as "the Organization") and conducted in the City of Gary, Indiana.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in this tour, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Decay Devils and the City of Gary, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, representatives, and affiliates (collectively referred to as "the Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in the tour.

I am fully aware of the risks and hazards associated with the tour, including but not limited to travel risks, physical exertion, and exposure to unfamiliar environments. I acknowledge that such risks and hazards may result in personal injury, illness, or death.

I hereby assume full responsibility for any risk of bodily injury, death, or property damage arising out of or related to the tour, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.

I understand that this waiver and release of liability will prevent me from bringing any legal action or claim for damages against the Released Parties, and I hereby waive any such claim.

I understand that this waiver and release of liability is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Indiana, and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.

I have read this waiver and release of liability, fully understand its terms, and voluntarily agree to be bound by them.
